connection with the STJ500 Western US celebration of St. Teresa’s 500th
anniversary of birth (San Jose, CA August 21-23, 2014) we are inviting the
world-wide Discalced Carmelite family to participate in singing in two ‘virtual’
choirs:
Nada Te
Turbe
(Spanish) - Discalced Carmelite (contemplative) Nuns world-wide
Salve
Regina (Latin)
- Discalced Carmelite Order (entire OCD Family) world-wide
A letter of
explanation from the STJ500 planning committee is attached as well as an
endorsement from Fr. Saverio Cannistrà, Superior
General, who will also be participating in the Salve Regina virtual
choir. Instructions are attached here and also appear on the website:

By the time
you receive this message, the attached letters will also have been emailed to
Carmelites in every corner of the world in the following languages: English,
Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Indonesian, Korean and
Vietnamese.

others to do so!
